Circle of Love Foundation is a charity you can trust.  Because we are an all volunteer organization, we are able to minimize our administrative costs to less than  5% in 2012.Our administrative costs are covered by donations from our board members so that 100% of publically raised funds go to our programs.  Donations are fully tax-deductible under IRS rules. Your donation wlll be directed to the areas of greatest need. 

 

 

 

 

The executive director and all volunteers are unpaid.  The value of volunteer hours is included in expense calculations in accordance with IRS rules.
