Circle of Love Foundation is a charity you can trust.  Because we are an all volunteer organization, we are able to minimize our administrative costs to 10% in 2009.Our administrative costs are covered by donations from our board members so that 100% of publically raised funds go to our programs.  Donations are fully tax-deductible under IRS rules. Your donation wlll be directed to the areas of greatest need.
